I am incredibly honored to have the privilege of attending the 2025 Forge Leadership Network Summit in Columbus, Ohio this summer! I am confident that this conference will be filled with exceptional learning, intentional conversation, and a deepened understanding of what it means to be a leader within the landscape of our culture today. Forge Leadership Network mentors, trains, and connects young conservatives, equipping them to lead in politics, culture, and business. Forge Leadership Network recruits conservative students and young professionals, ages 18-25, wanting to lead in politics, culture, and business. Young adults often ask themselves, what comes next? Through our Leadership Summit and Mentorship Academy, Forge equips students to think about their vocation critically, examine public policy and ethics from a Judeo-Christian worldview, gain practical skills for cultural engagement, and establish connections to launch their careers.

Last month I got the chance to strengthen some relationships in my network and enjoy a week in the Sunshine State. Forge Leadership Network's Orlando Winter Meeting will be hard to forget. A takeaway I had was to build something of value. Pursuits that are tackled with close friends, shared values, or meaningful goals are the only ones people will really fight for.
