When approached about building an enclosure to relocate the dumpsters at Hampton Station, we recognized that the SUTERA In-Ground system would be a perfect fit. Gone are the eye sores and odors!

We're pleased to share a few final photos from a recent design-build project in Piedmont, SC. Formerly a solar panel sales and warehouse facility, now home to Spectrum ABA! This is the 2nd location we've worked on together as they continue to expand child autism therapy services across the Upstate. We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of the wonderful work Spectrum ABA does for children and families in our community. It was a pleasure working with Nick Hammett during the due diligence period, and Stuart Plyler of Bank of Travelers Rest - Member FDIC. Thank you, Kris Decker, for capturing this great space.

This morning our team and a few generous family members had the opportunity to volunteer with Meals on Wheels of Greenville. The amazing kitchen staff prepared countless trays of fresh, hot food for us to portion and package. Volunteer drivers then hand deliver each one of these meals to homebound individuals across all of Greenville County, 1,500 each day!! Happy fall Friday! Lifting big equipment (with even bigger equipment) will always be fun, and we had our fair share of fun while setting this rooftop unit in place on a beautiful day!

After recently working on fire alarm and sprinkler plans with Parker District Fire Department, we felt that our entire team would benefit from the opportunity to hear from Fire Marshal Saylors. This past Friday's lunch & learn discussion was focused on maintaining safe jobsite conditions for our team and partners, and ensuring that our clients are set up for long-term success with their local jurisdictions. Fire safety talks are always best accompanied by a nice spread from Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack! Thank you again, FM Saylors! And Happy Birthday Brady ??

NEW PROJECT ALERT!! Kicking off our 5th project at historic Hampton Station! The Game Show Challenge will soon be opening their first location in the Upstate after finding great success and fun for all in Columbia. Power was restored just in time for our crew to begin work, the efforts by so many to get Greenville up and running is more impressive each day, thank you!! It's been a pleasure working with Isaiah Dunlap of DesignEDGE, LLC, Robert Satcher Jr. of Pintail, and Ned Reynolds, CCIM of Avison Young.

Project Update: AFC Urgent Care After a brief power outage in the aftermath of Helene, Superintendent Lucy is quite pleased with the demolition progress and is making final preparations to start building back!

In the aftermath of Helene, we hope you and your loved ones are safe. Our community has shown encouraging resilience and togetherness. We are especially thankful for all the frontline workers who are working tirelessly to restore power and begin clean up efforts across the Upstate and WNC. While we don't yet have power at our office, this fallen tree is about the extent of our damage so we consider ourselves lucky. If your place of work has sustained damage from the storm, please do not hesitate to contact us. We'd be happy to assess the situation and offer professional guidance. Stay safe!
