We're bringing back the Adopt-an-Alp program this year! Through our partnership with Caroline Hostettler, we are offering retailers and distributors the opportunity to “adopt” an Alp and receive cheese from families who spend their summers who spend their summers in the Swiss alps. These farmers and cheesemakers choose to bring their animals and families up the Alp every year, an ancient practice that is deeply tied to tradition in Switzerland but is in danger of dying out due to our constantly modernizing world.
