She has always been driven by a desire to help people, especially the older generation, ensuring they receive the best care and support possible. Born in London, Jasmine's journey in customer service began at a young age. Her commitment to excellence has only grown stronger over the years. Jasmine's strong background in supervision and management has been instrumental in helping her team members achieve their professional goals and strive for continuous growth. Her expertise in DME, combined with her extensive background in customer experience, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Jasmine excels at adding structure to a team and has significant experience in streamlining business operations and implementing effective policies. Her leadership style is both compassionate and strategic, ensuring that both the team and the customers feel supported and valued. Outside of her professional life, Jasmine is a former ballerina with over 16 years of dancing experience. She continues to nurture her love for dance, attends country concerts, and cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends. Jasmine also shares a special bond with her beloved kitty, Piper, who brings joy to her everyday life. Jasmine Hayllar embodies the perfect blend of professionalism, passion, and personal warmth, making her an integral part of our company.
