? Sealed the deal! ? Foremark’s Vice President?Josh Gordon?successfully closed another deal with?Alena Savera of?The NRP Group LLC?last week. We’re super proud of this one! ? NRP has acquired 15 acres at the SEC of 75 & W White St. in Anna, TX, with plans to build the Meryl Street Apartments, a garden-style housing development at the epicenter of the Anna market. ? Josh and Alena have been working on this one for about two years and we are so thrilled to see it come to fruition! This deal represents the 3rd?transaction done between Foremark and NRP, and we still feel like this relationship is just getting started! ??

Thrilled to announce a recent Lease signing with HOTWORX at The Shops at Ennis!??? Come by and experience their unique infrared workout sessions! We think this innovative fitness studio will be a great addition to the project and surrounding community. This deal wraps up our leasing efforts at The Shops at Ennis, which is now FULLY LEASED! Closers! Foremark’s very own Josh Gordon represented Alena Savera with The NRP Group LLC on the acquisition of 15 acres at the NWQ of U.S. 380 and Beauchamp Blvd. in Princeton, TX. NRP will begin construction next month on Harvard Flats, a 330-unit garden-style apartment complex, with expected completion in early 2026. This closing marks another significant milestone in Foremark and NRP's very successful partnership, and there are many more exciting things in the works!

Making progress! We have recently executed not one, not two, but three new Leases for the multi-tenant building at our newest retail project, The Shops at Waxahachie. The recent Lease signings include:?Einstein Bros Bagels,?Smoothie King (SKFI), and?Cinnaholic. We closed on the land here in the Summer of 2023 with?Dutch Bros Coffee ?in tow (more to come on this soon). After lots of hard work by our development partners?Josh Gordon?and?Chad DuBose, this project is well underway and the progress we’ve made to date has been amazing to see! We plan to build approximately 10,500 SF of Class A retail space here are expecting to deliver late next Summer. The Shops at Waxahachie is conveniently located along Hwy. 77, directly across the street from the new Tom Thumb-anchored shopping center.
