Quality is our Standard! Time is running out on the 2024 asphalt paving season but our crews are still out in full force. FAC recently completed the project below in Ballwin, MO for a long standing client. We performed a 2" mill and 2" overlay followed by new striping. This work was performed in two weekday mobilizations to allow all business operations to remain unaffected. Quality is our Standard! Beautiful day for asphalt paving. One of our amazing crews are finishing up this project for a healthcare facility in Fenton , MO. FAC was hired to perform a 2 inch mill and overlay on one section of the parking lot while the other section received a complete 4 inch removal and replacement. Quality is our Standard! Thankful for great clients and great employees. FAC recently completed a 2" Mill & Overlay project for this theme park in the St. Louis Region. FAC was tasked with working inside the park in very hard to reach areas for trucks and equipment. Our crews paid very close attention to not only the work they performed, but also to safely maneuver our trucks and equipment to and from our work. Quality is our Standard! Last week FAC completed Phase 1 of 3 on this private commercial parking lot in Weldon Springs, MO. This first phase consisted of overlaying approximately 6,500 square yards with 2 inches of compact surface mix asphalt, followed by re-striping. Phase 2 will begin tomorrow and phase 3 to be the last week of September. We have chosen to perform the work in three (3) phases to allow ample parking for all employees. FAC is thankful for the support are customers show us as well as the dedication or employees have for their craft.

Quality is our Standard! Last week FAC performed work on a truck stop in Foristell, MO. The pavement had failed and was in need of replacement. FAC was asked to remove 8 inches of the existing pavement and replace with 6 inches of base mix asphalt (installed in two (2) 3" lifts) and then followed up with 2 inches of surface mix asphalt. FAC was able to remove and replace the 950 tons in 2 working days all while keeping the facility open for business. Quality is our Standard! Ford Asphalt Company recently completed this paving project at Meramec Heights Elementary for the Fox School District. With school quickly approaching, FAC was able to put 2 of our paving crews to the task of completing this project in one day to make sure teachers & staff didn't face any inconvenience with the start of their new school year. Quality is our Standard! FAC recently completed this project for First Student in St. Louis, MO on one their bus storage lots. FAC completed the prep work and paving on this 11,000 square yard parking lot in 2 days. We are grateful for the continued support of long time clients as well as happy to welcome new clients to our TEAM.

Quality is our Standard! We recently completed this project that consisted of a wedge (leveling) course and a 2” overlay for a church in South County.
