On Wednesday, one of our Speakers posted a video using language and references which were troubling and wrong. I do not support, defend, nor condone its content or message. I’m saddened and troubled by it and the hateful comments, emails, messages, phone calls, and threats we have received in response. ? In light of this, Leo Serrato has been removed from our roster effective immediately.?? ? I believe strongly in the importance of civil discourse and, in our current social climate, hope we can turn down the temperature of our rhetoric and the way in which we engage with one another. I will do my best to lead by example and will work to ensure our company continues to live up to our values and ideals. ? Casey J. Cornelius President, ForCollegeForLife

We all can pinpoint specific moments in our lives where we reach a stark pivot point in our journey. Like where we think about life before and life after that specific moment. Like before you met your lifelong best friend, and life after. Like before Beyoncè released Lemonade, the visual album, and life after. Like before March 2020, and life after March 2020. For Q, he had a few of those moments in college. The unexpected loss of his father and grandmother within 8 months of each other sent him into a spiral filled with depression, anxiety, and difficulty. In those worst times, it wasn’t “the grind,” his coursework, or his responsibilities as a student leader that helped him find peace again. It was his village. The village of people around him who helped him pick up the pieces and become whole again. But this program isn’t about Q’s village only… It’s about yours! This keynote focuses on acknowledging the importance of our support systems, the power in connection, and ensuring that we are pouring into those who pour into us. Because we need each other more than we think we do sometimes. Thank you, San Jose State University, for hosting Qy'Darrius McEachern, CDP? today!

Let’s start with an important truth: People join people. Whether you are joining the marketing club on campus or have committed to play lacrosse for your dream school, you are joining the people who are a part of the organization. No matter the group, team, or organization, each will have requirements for members. The marketing club wants to know your interest in advancing the profession. The lacrosse team wants to see you game film. Your commitment to be a part of the organization is what makes you a member of the team, the club, or sorority. But let’s introduce a second, essential truth: You are enough and your credentials are enough to be a part of the organization. As your classic overinvolved student, fraternity man, and college student athlete, Billy has seen all different shapes of organizations. He has witnessed organizations at their best and at their worst, and he knows that if we allow power-based violence to exist in our organizations than we are destroying them before the organization, or our members can reach their potential. He wants you and your organization to believe, and act upon, this final truth: You don’t have to PROVE anything. Being committed to developing a healthy culture is the secret to organizational success and it starts with you! Thank you, University of Vermont, for hosting Billy Boulden today to speak to your members and share his keynote “ You Don’t Have to PROVE Anything”! We are honored to serve you!

There’s nothing small about microaggressions. Their impact and cumulative weight are more than any individual can and should endure. For too long these words, phrases, and actions have been used without considering their harm. In this thought-provoking and interactive program, Q helps audience members to develop a deeper understanding of how language and actions matter related to belonging. In doing so, he guides a dialogue on the dynamics of power and privilege through the lens of interconnectedness, and how words and actions directly influence group dynamics. Through powerful activities and dialogue, attendees will better understand how to foster belonging, address inequities, and challenge themselves to lead and support students intentionally. Thank you, Christopher Newport University, for hosting Qy'Darrius McEachern, CDP? today. We are honored to serve you!
