The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and six to eight years (AVP) or at least eight years (VP) of lending, credit risk management, or portfolio management experience with a commercial finance company or bank. We are #hiring a Servicing Compliance Manager to join our Loan Servicing team at Forbright Bank. This position is responsible for overseeing the operational and regulatory processes for residential, consumer, and small commercial loans, including designing and implementing systems and processes, developing and documenting risks, controls, and procedures, and executing the department's responsibilities for quality control and audit requests related to the Company’s portfolios. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in residential lending with a regulatory focus and a Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics (or equivalent job and industry experience). Pleased to announce our HUD Lending team closed this 232/223(f) loan, which refinanced the existing bridge loan associated with the November 2023 acquisition and the partnership notes for the equity contribution, funded an initial deposit to the replacement reserves, and covered all transaction costs associated with the HUD loan.
