We are home to the region's Area Agency on Aging, The Foothills Workforce Development Board, the Foothills Regional Planning Organization (RPO), and the Foothills Housing Department (including the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program). We also have a department dedicated to economic and community development programs (including: grant writing/administration; local government technical assistance; the Foothills HUD HOME Consortium; and regional housing efforts and programs)
