?? WHAT IS A SHINING EXAMPLE of what to do for any local community business? Our Blue Card Winner this week goes to Blair Gray, who showcased exactly that. Last week, Blair went into a local primary school to read a book called 'The Soccer Diaries' for World Book Day! In doing so, Blair built a brilliant relationship with the local school, presenting himself as the go-to for children's football coaching within his local community! This is an incredible example of applying the training he has received as a Football Fun Factory franchisee, taking hold of those opportunities to the benefit of his community. And, as a result, Blair has showcased just how much of a shining star he is in his community!

???? THEN VS. NOW: Nisha’s FFF Journey! From coaching tennis and early years PE to launching her own Football Fun Factory business, Nisha’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring! Her FFF story began as a parent when she took her daughter to a Tots Football Fun session at Center Parcs. Watching her little one light up with excitement, she knew this was something special. Just a few months ago, alongside her husband Anil, she turned that passion into reality - bringing the Football Fun Factory to her local community in Harrow & Hillingdon! Now, as a Management Franchisee, Nisha is running a team in her community along with her husband and inspiring the next generation, using football as a vehicle for fun, growth, and confidence while creating incredible childhood memories. Our incredible female franchisees are proving to young girls that football is a sport for them.
