Select ‘Activities’ from the Home Screen after a workout has been added. 2.Hit ‘+ Recovery’ at the top of the page or the green button in the middle of the screen. 3. Open the drop down menu & view options. 3 Cntd. Select your recovery activity & Add Recovery. 4. You will see the activity added to your recovery score. 5.
