These cheesecakes were portioned with the ACCUSLICE-200RF, one of our high speed large scale production inline cutting machines. It features two cutting stations, a conveyor line, and PLC to manage the cut patterns and controls. It also uses our roll fed Divider Inserts, cutting the paper divider for each type and size of cake as it is being portioned.
