A big WELCOME to our newest member Nordhus!! We are excited to announce that the new Nordhus cph has joined our community. On October 11, Nordhus will open in Copenhagen. Nordhus is a dynamic culture centre driven by young people, blending cultural experiences, learning opportunities, and youth housing into one vibrant space. It’s a hub for creativity and innovation dedicated to shaping the future of gastronomy, sustainability, and culture. ?? Nordhus will facilitate conversations around sustainable food systems and conduct workshops on a range of evolving food processing topics, such as refining raw materials, fermenting, or creating meals of the future. “As a newly started food initiative, we think it is important to take responsibility, and by being part of Foodprint Nordic we hope to create shared responsibility among our guests and the people growing our food.” ?? Kamilla has a background in fundraising and strategic communications as well as building member organisations. Today Kamilla works as the CEO of the Melting Pot Foundation focusing on creating social change through food in Denmark and abroad.? ? In May,?Foodprint Nordic will have been around for?3 years. We are now ready to?take?it to the next level?by?increasing the value for our members and building our Restore Fund further to bring more impact on the ground with some of the most pioneering farmers. ? We have big ambitions for the regenerative movement and the food system,?as well as how we work as an organisation.
