In Case You Missed It! The Food Truck Owners Expo wrapped up last month on November 13th in Orlando, FL. We were thrilled to welcome food truck owners and aspiring entrepreneurs from local Florida areas and 34 other states to Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, FL, for two days of educational sessions, workshops and chats, an expo hall filled with food truck specific vendors, and networking opportunities.? ? The expo hosted more than 45 educational sessions with topics ranging from local health and fire regulations to catering setup tips. The second event this year received the same rave reviews as the first, educational workshops by?Misti Buard?and?Bill Moore. Misti Buard, a renowned food truck owner and consultant, delivered a powerful keynote presentation, sharing actionable steps to help attendees achieve $10K in monthly revenue.
