In the heart of Albany, not far from the arena, was an empty Italian restaurant waiting for new life. #BusinessforGood had a vision to bring this charming location into the next Hattie's Chicken. FSDS worked closely with the Business for Good team to revitalize the space. ChefTech provided and installed the equipment and many trades were involved to bring the life back into this building. You will find a fully restored bar, restaurant dining, and event space within in the footprint of this building. The bar and dining is backed up with a new kitchen, prep space, catering kitchen, and bar support in the back of the house. You need to experience the new Hattie's in Albany! It was an honor to be part of this amazing project.

Feature: Southwestern School District in Jamestown, NY recently completed a renovation to the High School kitchen and cafeteria. Working with CPL Architects was a pleasure, and Singer-Kittredge did a great job on the installation and implementation of the project. Some of the key manufacturers involved were CounterCraft, Caddy, Eloma, Victory, Hobart, Keystone Custom Fabrication, and Arctic Industries.
