As this week is #SuicidePreventionWeek, we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge a serious matter that affects our industry. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the construction industry has the second-highest rate of suicide in the United States, with 53.3 suicides per 100,000 workers. This statistic is more than just a number; it represents the lives of our colleagues, friends, and family members. ? These numbers are alarming, but together we can make a difference. By raising awareness, we can help identify the signs of someone who might be struggling and offer the support they need. Check out our graphic for more information and resources on recognizing the signs and offering support. Together, we can make a change. #SuicidePrevention #ConstructionSafety

On this #FontaineFriday, we're thrilled to introduce Axel Carrasquillo, a talented intern who has been making a big impact at our Worcester office this summer! ? Axel is a rising senior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he is pursuing a B.S. in Building and Construction Technology. Axel, who plans on becoming an Assistant Project Manager after graduation, hopes to one day work his way up to the role of Project Executive. ?
