Folds of Honor is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that provides educational scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen or disabled military and first responders. Our educational scholarships support private school tuition or tutoring in grades K-12, tuition for college, technical or trade school, and post-graduate work, including a master’s degree, doctorate, or professional program. Since its inception in 2007, Folds of Honor has awarded over 51,000 scholarships totaling about $240 million in all 50 states. Among the students served, 45 percent are minorities. It is rated a four- star charity by Charity Navigator and Platinum on Candid.

Today a big idea became a real possibility. I dreamed of running the OKC Memorial half marathon and raising $13,000 for Folds of Honor. Today my fundraiser went live. I believe education is the foundation for prosperity and I believe it's my turn to give back. I can't do it alone, and if you have the ability, I'd humbly ask if you can support me in this endeavor. If I raise $13,000 I'll run the half marathon with a 13 pound weight vest. Oklahoma needs its best and brightest students to stay here. I'm hoping our investment in their future pays dividends for us down the road. I'm thankful for your consideration and humbled by your support.
