Honoring National Vietnam War Veterans Day ???? March 29th marks the day the last U.S. combat troops left Vietnam and the final acknowledged POWs were released. But for too many, their return was met with silence instead of celebration. Today, we rise to change that. ?? Today, we honor the incredible service and sacrifices of our four-legged heroes on National K9 Veterans Day. ?? From military and law enforcement to search and rescue, these dogs serve our country with unparalleled loyalty and courage. ?? The day, established by Vietnam War veteran and K9 handler Joe White, coincides with the birthday of the U.S. Army K9 Corps, founded in 1942. These amazing K9s, whether active, retired, or deceased, deserve our deepest gratitude for their bravery and dedication. ??
