FAR is a state licensed outpatient detox, SACOT/Day Treatment, IOP/SAIOP, and OP provider in North Carolina. We place an emphasis on client comfort while enrolled in our treatment programs. In order to do this, we proved a high-quality treatment experience. Our treatment team is highly experienced and dedicated to our patients' treatment needs. The experience in our care will be second to none. We offer all the clinical care and optional faith based tracts as well as health and wellness options. No one has to fight addiction alone. FAR has access to the best resources and support available. We want to help our patients get their lives back on track – and we know we can! We understand that addiction can feel like a never-ending battle, but we’re here to help.

  • If you, or anyone you know needs support and assistance to treat substance abuse FAR offers an adult program for men and woman with optional housing. We can also treat other MH issues but our primary focus is SA. We have medical, Clinical, administrative, peer as well as outside recovery community support. Our services include, but are not limited to: outpatient detox PHP/SACOT IOP/SAIOP OP Individual and Group therapy Assessments MMAT program Telehealth options DWI assessments and groups Intervention We take pride in being about to create an individual plan of care that can be 7, 30, 60, 90,120 or even up to a year long with a combination of in person, group, individual, and virtual. As stated optional housing is provided and encouraged for those in need of some separation of the area they have used in. We provide all meals, high quality meals and a really nice facility (both the treatment facility and the house), we take clients to a wide variety of activities in the recovery community as well as regular AA/NA meetings and optional celebrate recovery activities as well. We do take a wide range of insurance and do partner with Trillium as well as Tricare and hope to be in network in the next few weeks.
