    We need to be very careful about where and who we are receiving our weight loss information from. Many so-called experts will throw any claims at you in order to get your attention. Whether it's for the "likes" or to make money, it has had a detrimental impact on many individuals weight loss journey. Weight loss is hard enough and to make it even harder, most of us are at a place of feeling very hopeless. It makes no sense for someone in a hopeless headspace to try and introduce all of these unrealistic habits into their lives. It will lead to failure more often than not. The people who have succeeded on their weight loss journey found proper direction and learned about all of the foundational work that must be completed before starting to create new habits. This foundational work isn't discussed enough because it's not as exciting. If someone is trying to get your attention or money, they aren't going to discuss the boring stuff. The foundational work for losing weight is essential to your long-term success. You could force some of habits long enough to get a quick fix, but it will never be sustainable. The weak foundation will eventually crumble and the yo-yo dieting cycle will continue. Be careful who you are paying for your weight loss information. STOP skipping the foundational work.
