The Old Orchard project received tentative approval from the Village of Skokie on October 8th. The two-phase redevelopment includes over 400 residential apartments, 16,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and a vibrant reimagined common area and event space. Focus is thrilled to be partnering with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on the transformation of such an iconic shopping, dining and entertainment destination.

Our own Terry "Vic" Howell recently sat on an excellent panel with Lambda Alpha International (LAI), discussing the topic of Suburban Reinvention. Joined by Peggy Blanchard, John Lynch, and Mike Mallon CCIM, CRX the discussion explored several projects reshaping suburban environments, including the mall redevelopment projects Focus is currently delivering in Aurora, Vernon Hills and Skokie. We're just "beaming" after the topping out of Lucca Fox Valley, the second phase of redevelopment at Fox Valley mall in Aurora. We celebrated the excellent tradespeople, consultants, and partners who made this milestone possible by signing the final beam to be installed in the building, a prize raffle with donation from our partners, and lunch on us!
