Meet the Team Monday! Tom joined Focus Telecommunications soon after it was founded by his mother, Donna West, and has been a vital part of our team for over 30 years. Growing up in upstate New York, he’s a dedicated Buffalo Bills fan and the family’s personal BBQ pit master. When he’s not leading as VP and COO, he loves cooking for his family and perfecting his puzzle and Lego skills. Tom is also a proud father to 3 daughters and 2 fur babies. We’re grateful for his ongoing dedication and leadership! #TeamFocus
