FHLBank Topeka provides funding to help build strong communities across Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas and Oklahoma. From 2020-24, in partnership with FHLBank, FNBO provided nearly $800,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance to homebuyers and helped secure grants for 679 housing units with over $8 million in funding.
