In Remembrance of 9/11 Today, we pause to honor and remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, a day that changed us all forever. We remember the innocent victims who perished in the attacks and the courageous first responders who rushed toward danger, sacrificing their lives to save others. We reflect on the strength, unity, and resilience that emerged from the darkness, reminding us of the enduring spirit of hope that binds us together. As we commemorate this day, we stand in solidarity with the families and loved ones of those lost, pledging never to forget the impact of that tragic day. May we continue to strive for a world of peace, compassion, and understanding.

Last week, we hosted our first health and wellness fair for all employees during the open enrollment period. This event provided a fantastic opportunity for FMI employees to learn about the health and wellness benefits available for the upcoming year. The fair featured a diverse range of offerings, including informative healthcare sessions, health screenings, local vendors offering herbal and therapeutic remedies, representatives from our community banking partners, and even a mobile blood drive. The event was designed to provide our employees with interactive activities to help them make the best choices for their well-being.

Today marks a significant milestone for FMI Aerostructures as we launch 40 hours of transformative Frontline Leadership Training in partnership with the College of the Canyons, supported by the State of California Employer Training Panel (ETP). Our program is designed to empower our leaders with essential skills and knowledge across a spectrum of critical areas: The Essentials of Leadership Skills Time Management Communication with Confidence and Credibility Delegating for Enhanced Productivity and Employee Development Inspiring Employee Motivation, Engagement, and Communication Coaching and Counseling for Peak Job Performance Team Building Conflict Resolution Strategies Change Management At FMI Aerostructures, we believe that our greatest asset is our people. Their dedication and commitment are the heartbeat of our organization. Without them, there would be no FMI Aerostructures. This training is not just an investment in skills—it's an investment in our future.
