We’re sharing a quick throwback to last year when many people with obesity were approaching the holiday season - and its historically large meals - with the additional support of GLP-1 anti-obesity medications. Speaking to The Associated Press, FlyteHealth co-founder Katherine Saunders, MD, noted that most people who use anti-obesity medications have spent years struggling with the physical and mental burdens of chronic obesity and are relieved to discover a decreased desire for food — and grateful to experience positive results.
