The Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) has officially opened the new Aircraft Observation Area! ?? This $2.36 million project, funded in partnership with Manatee County, transforms the popular 15th Street East spot into a fantastic community space. ?? ?? Highlights include: ? A unique aircraft-wing shade structure ? An airport-themed playground (featuring an Allegiant branded aircraft!) ? Historical plaques and a rotating beacon ? Speakers broadcasting FAA air traffic control audio ? Enhanced lighting and landscaping We express our gratitude to all our partners who contributed to the success of this project!

Not only did Concourse A open this week, but Allegiant also revealed a special addition to its fleet: a custom marine life-themed livery that celebrates Allegiant's enduring partnerships with Visit Sarasota County and Bradenton Area Convention and Visitors Bureau. The Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is proud to base this exquisitely designed aircraft at our facility and extends its gratitude to Allegiant and the local destination marketing organizations for their collaboration in creating this masterpiece.

What an exciting start to 2025! ?? Concourse A Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening! ?? ?? With Allegiant serving 35 nonstop destinations from SRQ, Concourse A expects to have 1 million passengers travel through in 2025! ?? A huge thank you to all our partners!
