We’re inviting proposals for the Customer Experience (CX) Program RFP 18-24, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at enhancing every step of the passenger journey. ?? Scope of Work: The chosen Contractor will build and execute a comprehensive, three-year CX program, starting with job descriptions and training programs for PSP staff, and will deliver new amenities and enhancements each year to continually raise the bar for customer experience. The vision? A fully operational, best-in-class CX program within three years of launch. ?? Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking proposers with a solid CX portfolio, including: - A minimum of three years of CX program development experience. - Experience with at least five customer experience programs, with at least three specifically designed for airports. We’re thrilled to announce that PSP has been awarded a $6 million grant from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to upgrade our outbound baggage handling system and expand the terminal area that houses this critical infrastructure. This investment, funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law's Airport Terminals Program, is key to supporting PSP’s ongoing growth and improving our ability to efficiently process the ever-increasing number of bags that come with record-breaking passenger numbers. “This funding is vital to our mission to deliver a smooth and efficient travel experience for our guests,” says Harry Barrett, Jr., Executive Director of PSP.
