Groundbreaking Milestone at the Daniel J. Leeman MD & Elite Surgical Center of Georgetown! We’re excited to announce a major step forward as we break ground on this state-of-the-art medical facility, designed to provide world-class care and innovative surgical services to the Georgetown community. Flynn Construction is proud to continue our partnership with Dr. Daniel J. Leeman and the Elite Surgical team on this exciting project, as well as our continued collaboration with Dunn & Drinkard Development Company. Just behind the job site is the Medical Towers at Georgetown, a 3-story building that we also had the privilege of constructing. This new surgery center is being designed as a standalone, one-story building — a custom, build-to-suit solution that perfectly supports the surgical services it will house. And there’s more to come! We’re also preparing for the next phase of development in the area, with plans to break ground on additional medical space adjacent to the Medical Towers in the coming year.
