Flutter’s #Cash4Clubs initiative has invested over ￡6.5M since it began, with over 700 clubs supported, and real impact made, helping grassroots sports grow and thrive. This year, we’re helping clubs like Parkinson’s Ninja C.I.C. and the Wales Armed Forces Veterans Football Club, to improve facilities, drive participation, and purchase new equipment. This initiative is a key part of Flutter’s global #PositiveImpactPlan, which aims to improve the lives of 10 million people in the communities where we operate by 2030. FanDuel is fostering open dialogue around responsible gaming, with "The Comeback With Craig Carton” a newly launched show on FanDuel TV. Hosted by responsible gaming ambassador Craig Carton, the series will share real-world stories of problem gambling recovery – breaking stigma and raising awareness of available support. Darts legend Chris Dobey gave the Sunderland Deaf Darts team an unforgettable surprise, awarding them a ￡2,000 #Cash4Clubs grant! The team was thrilled to learn they are one of 200 clubs receiving a share of ￡400,000 in vital funding from Flutter UK & Ireland in partnership with Sported. ? Dobey, the World No.8, joined the team for a practice session at The Victory, the UK’s only deaf-run pub, where he witnessed firsthand the passion and impact of grassroots sports. ? Dame Caroline Dinenage MP DBE, Conservative MP and Chair of the Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee in UK government, applauded Flutter’s commitment, emphasizing the importance of funding to drive participation in sport and physical activity: “We launched an inquiry into the health of sport in local communities last year because of the worrying lack of facilities across England and Wales and declining participation rates. Taking part in sport and physical activity is vital for fitness and well-being, and I applaud Flutter UKI for their commitment to the cause with the Cash4Clubs scheme.” ?
