    Balancing between underspend and overspend is like walking a tightrope at month's end. It's impossible to hit 100% spend, especially if you're managing hundreds of campaigns for dozens of clients. But why is it so hard? Here are some common challenges we've noticed across multiple industries: ?? Seasonality: Consumer behavior changes throughout the year due to holidays, weather, and other seasonal factors. Adjusting budgets to anticipate (and react to) these changes significantly improves advertising campaign effectiveness—but it's difficult to manage using manual processes. ?? Targeting and audiences: Campaign settings like geo-targeting can affect your advertising budget's efficiency. A narrow setting may limit ad reach, excluding potential customers outside the specified region. You must continuously reassess and expand targeting to maximize exposure. ?? Operational challenges: Managing daily budgeting and pacing is cumbersome at scale. ?? Lack of clear reporting and insight: Agencies running many campaigns often struggle to identify which accounts need attention. ?
