That’s a wrap on IAAPA 2024! We had a fantastic week of showing the global attractions industry why Surf Is Taking Over and how the WhiteWater surf brands are at the forefront. The week kicked off with the huge achievement of the CEO of our parent company, Geoff Chutter who was inducted into the IAAPA Legends Hall Of Fame. Way to go Geoff, you make us incredibly proud. The FlowSurf River is an incredibly unique wave that requires a specialized skill set to transform massive amounts of water into the silky-smooth wave you see here. With safety and innovation at the core of what we do, ASTM plays a crucial role in setting the standards that guide our industry. This week, eight representatives from WhiteWater, including FlowRider President Marshall Myrman, will be attending the biannual ASTM F24 meeting on Amusement Rides and Devices in Anaheim, California.? Marsh, who sits on the committees for both Stationary Wave Systems and Surf Lagoons, will be working alongside other industry leaders like Tom Lochtefeld to push for a new Surf Lagoon standard.
