Quickly reference individual info: Easily answer questions, access documents, and confirm information about individual LPs directly from their contact records in Flow. ?? ?? New to Flow: Data Room Download Permissions All too often, fundraising is a major operational burden for private investment teams. Throughout this process, fund managers need to share their investment thesis widely while maintaining strict control over access to sensitive information. Balancing the need for broad communications with effective confidentiality controls demands appropriate tooling. To support this need, we're introducing Data Room Download Permissions, a feature that lets fund managers control whether or not viewers can download documents from a data room. With this new functionality, fund managers can now toggle the ability for viewers to download documents directly from each data room. This setting is applied globally to all documents within a specific data room and can be changed at any time—even after users have been granted access—without the need to resend invite links.
