What are we analyzing in the FlowCam lab this week? Insulin ?? These FlowCam images show subvisible particles observed in an insulin sample that contains zinc insulin crystals, a structure that helps improve the half-life of insulin in the body to help patients regulate blood sugar for longer periods. Unlike traditional particle analysis tools, like light obscuration, FlowCam can distinguish between these inherent insulin crystals and other unwanted particle types, enabling researchers to identify and differentiate the particles that belong and those that don't. #FlowCam #Biopharma #Insulin #ParticleAnalysis
