Flow Anguilla’s General Manager, Jade Reymond, made history as the first woman to lead the company in Anguilla, and her commitment to women’s empowerment was on full display as she hosted the 9th annual “Hats and Heels” brunch. This year’s event, hosted in celebration of International Women’s Day, brought together trailblazing women, including Susanna O'Sullivan (ITIL V3, PMP, MSc)VP, General Manager, North Caribbean, and the Honorable Cora Richardson Hodge, Anguilla’s first female premier.

With a focus on economic empowerment, education, STEM, financial literacy, and the creative arts, the dynamic panel of influential women drove meaningful conversations around advancing women in every field. In addition to these important discussions, the event stood in solidarity with victims of domestic violence, with proceeds going to the “Hats and Heels” Foundation to support those in need.

“Our celebration this year wasn’t just an event—it’s a powerful reflection of who we are at Flow, as we continue leading the way in telecommunications and community empowerment across the region,” said Reymond.
