One of our newest third party managed assets, Lakewood Station, celebrated their official Grand Opening this past week! We were honored to host special guests, including Brent Osborn, President & COO of Bowden Contractors, LLC; Mayor Eddie Lowe of Phenix City, AL; several members of the Chambers of Commerce; representatives from Ft. Moore, GA; and our valued vendors and residents! Their presence truly made the day unforgettable! The last building at Lakewood Station opened in August 2024, and we’re thrilled to share that the property is currently pre-leased at 20% and 14% occupied. After the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Helene, our teams jumped into action creating an emergency Flournoy Helping Hands (FHH) campaign to raise money and physical donations for those areas most affected. Special thanks to Araceli Soto from Smith Station and her congregation, The Village Church in Phenix City, along with Lori Daniels, a former Rock Island Ridges resident, for leading this important initiative.
