Yesterday, our Creekview team in LaGrange had a celebratory Subcontractor Appreciation Luncheon. We had a great barbeque lunch from Country's BBQ. We served over 100 of our subcontractors! Outdoor Events, Inc. did a wonderful job delivering and setting up the tent, tables, chairs, etc. It made for the perfect set up. Thank you to all of our team leaders and subcontractors who have worked so hard on this project, we could not do it without you! #bleedgreen #countrysbbq #outdoorevents

Last week our FCG Exchange had a Top Out luncheon to celebrate our contractors and vendors. It was a great success. Delicious barbeque was catered from City BBQ. We served over 140 workers! Also, raffle prizes were given out and provided by Heyden Supply. This was a way to say thank you for everyone's hard work and dedication to this project and our company! #bleedgreen

For nearly 25 years, I have watched my father Eduard J. de Guardiola work tirelessly to make Vista Residential Partners the company that it is today. A true industry veteran, Ed has never been afraid to go places other developers have not. In 2020 Vista revealed its plan to undergo a national expansion, announcing offices in South Florida all the way to Pacific Northwest. While many questioned the implementation after such a successful run, my father was determined to make it a reality. This change in leadership has been planned since the initial stages of our Company's national expansion, and will allow Eduardo to transition to Chairman Emeritus role. A huge congratulations to Michael Neyhart, Lee Novak, and Scott Hartley on their well deserved promotions. The future is incredibly bright and we at Vista are eager to share our future developments in the coming months.
