What an incredible day for Flourish Beaver County as we formalized our parternship with Community College of Beaver County, Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Beaver, and Geneva College. This collaboration solidifies our mission to create a collaborative, inclusive, sustainable, resilient, county-wide movement that enhances and maximizes future educational and workforce opportunities for all young people in Beaver County.
