Viceroy Residences Clearwater Beach, developed by BH3 Management and U.S. Development, LLC, will bring the first new luxury condominium to Clearwater Beach in over a decade. The $250 million project, set for completion in late 2027, features two nine-story waterfront towers with 86 residences priced from $2.5 million to $12 million. Offering Gulf views, the development includes a private beach, a resort-style pool, a spa, a fitness center, a private restaurant, and valet service. Built nearly 19 feet above sea level with hurricane-resistant construction, the project exceeds FEMA standards. The Viceroy Presentation Gallery opened for sales in January 2025 at 805 S.
