We're proud to share that on Tuesday, November 12th, Dr. Del Rio and our dedicated staff visited One Senior Place in Brevard County for a Lunch and Learn presentation focused on diabetic health and reducing diabetes risk. Dr. Del Rio, who is board-certified in internal medicine with 32 years of experience, engaged with the attendees to provide valuable insights into managing and preventing diabetes. At Florida Health Care Plans, we believe in fostering healthy lifestyles through education and community support. Seeing so many seniors eager to learn about their health and ask thoughtful questions was inspiring. On Friday, November 1st, Florida Health Care Plans atteneded the Heritage Isle Health Fair Viera. FHCP conducted blood pressure checks and distributed informative materials to more than 180 residents of Heritage Isle who participated in the event. The atmosphere was great throughout the morning, with over 30 vendors present, thanks to their collaboration with One Senior Place.
