#GivingTuesday is here! Today, we ask you to join in the giving spirit and help protect Florida's wildlife by making a charitable contribution to the Florida Wildlife Federation. Since 1936, you’ve helped us protect what makes our state so special - our unique and beautiful wildlife - and together, we've made significant achievements in conservation. But our wild species and places face continued threats from overdevelopment, climate change, and pollution, and we need your support now more than ever. With your gift today, you can build a legacy in conservation and ensure that future generations inherit a Florida rich in Wild wonder! Marney Richards, FWF's Education Coordinator, recently attended Florida Project Learning Tree’s (PLT) 2023 Facilitator Retreat, which offered facilitators an opportunity to learn what’s new with PLT and join in new outdoor learning activities. Facilitators are the backbone of?#ProjectLearningTree?and have successfully trained over 500,000 educators to use PLT materials and continue to assist in expanding the reach of the program nationwide. This exercise helps students learn how nonliving elements impact living elements in an ecosystem. #KeepFLWild?#EnvironmentalEducation?#Educate?#Conservation?#Education
