We are sending out a BIG “Thank You!” to Sam and Dorothy Nekhaila, owners of the Tavernier Cinema 5, who made one of our kid's birthday wishes come true this past Tuesday! (Our kiddo was so excited to celebrate turning 12…it was the very FIRST birthday party this incredible kid has ever had.) The Nekhaila’s arranged for a private showing and allowed our kiddo to invite friends from school to join in the festivities. Sam and Dorothy even donated pizza, soda, popcorn, and candy as well as a donut birthday cake! We are so thankful for this wonderful support that gave our kiddo a truly amazing birthday experience. FKCS was thrilled to partner with Seacamp and offer free scholarships for eligible Monroe County youth, ages 10 to 17. Since 1966, Seacamp Association, Inc. has been helping children who are interested in immersing themselves in marine science and water sports. Our FKCS youth chose which classes to enroll in based on their interests that incorporated each of these core topics: ? Marine Science ? SCUBA ? Aquatics (Sailing, Windsurfing, Kayaking, Lifeguarding) ?
