Week 3 of the 2025 Legislative Session in Tallahassee has concluded with remarkable momentum, as many of our top priorities successfully advanced to the next critical stage. This past week our team held strategic meetings with legislative champions and key allies—strengthening support for our priority bills while proactively working to amend or defeat harmful legislation on our watch list. Additionally, I was able to testify in multiple committees in defense of our agenda, with incredible victories as our bills moved forward. As the dust has settled from the fast pace of Weeks 1 and 2, the paths forward for our core initiatives have become clearer, allowing us to strategically plan for the upcoming weeks. Week 2 of the 2025 Legislative Session in Tallahassee is finished, and our momentum continues to build as bill priorities advance to key committees. In addition, this week, FFV’s?VOICE CONFERENCE?(formerly known as Pro-Life, Pro-Family Days) energized friends and allies from across the state with powerful presentations, outlining the incredible victories of the past, mission of the present, and vision for the future, while our legislative wins and challenges from Week 2 made clear that the fight for Biblical worldview principles and pro-life, pro-family values is alive and well! Make plans to join us next year for The Voice Conference at the Capitol! Day 2 was full of worship, fellowship, and encouragement to stand for truth. We also had a chance to pray with legislators and their staff, toured the Florida House chamber, and got an up-close look at how laws are shaped and how we can make a real impact!

Day 1 of The Voice Conference at the Capitol is complete! Yesterday, we heard from incredible speakers encouraging us to live out our faith and engage with culture. Today, we’ll begin with worship, fellowship, and encouragement as we pray for our leaders and nation and hear from dynamic speakers challenging us to be bold and stand for truth. Later today, we’ll participate in practical hands-on lobbying at the Florida Capitol and gain firsthand insight into how laws are shaped and how we can influence change. Excited for what’s ahead!
