Florida Environmental and Land Services, Inc. is a full service environmental consulting firm with a main office located in Tallahassee, Florida and a satellite office in Jacksonville, Florida. FELSI specializes in providing environmental services and cost-effective solutions to private landowners, corporations, federal, state, local and municipal agencies. FELSI technical staff is formally educated in the areas of botany, biology, chemistry, and environmental biology and have been formerly employed by seven state agencies and other private engineering and consulting firms. FELSI GIS staff specializes in creating state-of-the–art, GIS-based resource maps and providing GIS services for use by the public and private sectors to assist in making environmental permitting, monitoring, impact reduction and management-related decisions. Staff includes Authorized Gopher Tortoise Agents, an ISA Certified Arborist, Certified Environmental Assessors, qualified Stormwater Management Inspectors and samplers for groundwater, surface water and wastewater. FELSI is a Florida based S-corporation and recognized as a minority/woman-owned business enterprise by the State of Florida, County of Leon and City of Tallahassee, and a DBE Business by the SBA and FDOT.
