#HurricaneHelene’s historic storm surge completely covered FDOT District Seven's Gulf Boulevard in multiple feet of sand, making it inaccessible for emergency responders, utility crews, critical supplies, homeowners, and businesses to access some of the hardest hit areas after the storm. After 3 days & nights of tireless work removing thousands of pounds of sand, we’re proud to say that this roadway is now open to vehicular traffic. #ReadyToServe
