We had a great crowd at the 2024 FAMB Annual Workshop! Presentations by industry experts included a state and federal update on mitigation banking, proposed revisions to financial assurance requirements, a WOTUS update, a panel discussion of the new Florida Storm Water Rule and Water Quality Enhancement Areas, climate change and how it may impact coastal mitigation banks, and a panel discussion of alternative management practices. There were also ample opportunities to network and have conversations with USACE and Water Management District Staff. Special thanks to Representative Keith Truenow for providing a legislative update. And thank you to Sean Zinszer, USACE Regulatory Division Chief for speaking. And last but not least, thank you to our sponsors for helping make this event happen! If you missed this year's workshop don't worry you can always come next year.
