Dear Friends, It is with heavy hearts that we share the sad news of the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Tom Ballew. Tom passed away on Monday, March 17th. Many of us had the privilege of working alongside Tom for numerous years, during which he made an incredible impact on our company and community. His dedication, warmth, and unwavering kindness were felt by all who knew him. Tom will always be remembered not just for his professional contributions, but also for the genuine personality and positivity he brought to the workplace every day. As we reflect on his life and career, we recognize the lasting legacy Tom leaves behind—one of hard work, compassion, and friendship. We were fortunate to have had him as part of our team, and his memory will continue to inspire us. Tom is survived by his beloved wife Gail, and his children, Layla and Tommy, as well as his grandchildren. Our deepest condolences go out to Tom’s family during this incredibly difficult time. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. In honor of Tom's passing, a celebration of life will be held in the coming weeks. We will all miss Tom deeply, but we find comfort knowing that his impact on our lives will never be forgotten. With deepest sympathy, The Florida Lighting Associates Family
