25,000 sites connected, innovation unlocked, and impact amplified. ??
And that’s a wrap! At the start of 2024 we set out to add 6,000 study sites to our network. We surpassed this goal early, bringing our total site count to about 25,000. We celebrated by stocking our office with 6,000 Florence-purple M&Ms—one for every site added. These sites get Florence eISF through our sponsor-only site management offering, SiteLink, and our award winning enterprise site toolkit, eBinders. Here’s what we learned en-route to this milestone: 1?? Sites don’t hate sponsor software—they hate bad sponsor software. In our experience working with 20,000+ sites, we’ve learned they only dislike tech that adds work without making jobs easier. When sponsors prioritize the site experience, it’s a win-win. 2?? Upgraded infrastructure delivers real ROI for sponsors. Automated workflows streamline operations and cut costs. With tighter budgets, this is essential. Check out our guide below to learn how sponsors are doing this. 3?? The site connection is the biggest roadblock to innovation. AI can’t deliver value if key data is buried in emails or filing cabinets at sites. A 24/7 digital connection between sponsors and sites is critical to accelerate documents and data that power AI and other innovative technology. What’s next? Impact. Site adoption can drive real economic benefits for sponsors by replacing site visits, saving approximately $2m in a typical phase 3 study. We share our secrets to cost reduction in our whitepaper here: https://bit.ly/4fq8bjs
