The FCEF was established to support the floor covering industry in several ways depending on the current needs of the industry. The mission of the FCEF is to bring awareness to the opportunities in the flooring industry, recruit new talent, aid in the funding of the student’s education, and facilitate job placement for these individuals into flooring industry careers.

TODAY is the last day of registration for Drake State' Flooring Technician basic floor covering installation online training offered at Drake State in Huntsville. The training is free to residents of Alabama. The Alabama Community College system’s Flooring Technician online training program, registration deadline is for today. This program is a basic floor covering installation program and would be beneficial for anyone wishing to learn flooring installation. Limited Space Available. If you have someone or know someone from Alabama that would like to take this training FREE of charge, please register today. Much of this training is the online portion, with 8 days total of in lab training in Huntsville. Each graduate will be gifted a startup installation toolbox. In-Person Lab portion will take place at Drake State Lab One: Resilient Training Thursday & Friday Sept. 19th & 20th Lab Two: Hardwood Training Thursday & Friday Sept. 26th & 27th Lab Three: Carpet Training Thursday & Friday Oct. 3rd & 4th Lab Four: Tile Training Thursday & Friday Oct. 10th & Graduation 11th at end of class Here is how to register: Here is the link: https://lnkd.in/d6zS9ZZJ .
