I held off on making this post. Call it pride or humility. But neither one pays the bills. I'm officially looking for my next role in customer experience, employee experience, customer success, client success, or DTC operations. Basically, anywhere people, process, and improvement come together. I’ve built CX programs from the ground up. Led teams. Fixed broken journeys. Launched survey systems. I once took a Trustpilot score from 1.2 to 4.5 in three months. I’ve worked across B2C, B2B2C, and DTC environments—from scrappy startups to global insurance brands. I like solving real problems, making data useful, and creating experiences that actually work.
