With a rich background in Home Services, Jason’s journey started when he transitioned from the Staffing/Recruiting industry in 2019, diving into HVAC as a Comfort Advisor. His drive and expertise quickly led him to a Sales Manager role, where he gained extensive hands-on experience with HVAC service and installation, drain/sewer sales, inside sales coordination, training, and recruitment. We're thrilled to have Jason bring his wealth of experience and leadership to Polestar and the Flint Group.
